With this in mind, we are delighted to announce that the Sound Waves Festival 2025 will be taking place this summer. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the festival, meaning that this year the line-up is bound to be even more monumental than usual!
This special edition of the festival will take place at the Estádio da Barrinha in Esmoriz, Portugal, starting at 5pm on Saturday 5th July and finishing at 2pm on Sunday 6th. As one of the best Techno festivals in Europe, Sound Waves always pulls out an immense line-up, but the Sound Waves Festival 2025 seems to be on track for surpassing this standard, bringing one of the most exciting line-ups ever to the festival. Among the names that have been announced so far are Dutch Hard Techno act Oguz, Irish underground pioneer BLK., German Industrial Techno proponents SNTS, Berlin-based DJ JAZZY, and France’s very own ONLYNUMBERS. More artist announcements are coming soon, so make sure you grab your festival tickets early to avoid disappointment.
