Says Ewen. The EP is certainly guaranteed to life your mood, particularly with its bright piano melodies and sparkling electronic accompaniments. One particular highlight in this sense is the second track Wait For You. The track might not have any lyrics, but its rhythmic percussion and simple but groovy bass lines are enough to tell you that this is a track to dance and have fun to. In contrast, the EP’s closer Beyond the Line is all about the track’s vocals, their empowering message (“I think I found a dream of mine”) combined with solid House beats and contemplative synths create a closing track that is both thought provoking and restorative.
