Bassrush Records unleashes The Prophecy Vol. 12 compilation w/ new Dubstep & Bass music heat from Green Matter, Nat James, Maze, and Trinist.

The Prophecy Vol.12 is a brand new, 2025 Dubstep and Bass music compilation from the iconic Bassrush Records label. Today we’re bringing you two of the key tracks from this epic release – tracks that will no doubt whet your appetite for the full sonic journey that this compilation album promises to deliver.

First up is Green Matter’s Weekender featuring Nat James. The latter is a name you might know from his collaboration with KL!P, Don’t They Know, which has been remixed by Graphyt and Badjokes in recent years, whilst Green Matter has previous released tracks including Weightless and Speakers Knockin’. Weekender captures both artists at the height of their powers, blending fizzling electronics with potent Dubstep drops and James’ powerful rapped vocals. This is a big, bold, high-energy anthem that has been tailor-made for festival stages and underground raves alike — a electrifying storm of intricate sound design and raw vocal grit that hits you hard.

Breaklight by Maze and Trinist is the second track we want to tell you about from this new 2025 Bassrush Records Bass music compilation. It’s quite unusual and instantly distinctive in this sense, blending a relatively slow tempo with intricate, gritty synths and swirling, bass-heavy builds ups. Alternating between these two segments, the track pulls you into its moody, cinematic atmosphere almost immediately, its dense production rendering it a hypnotic track that confidently experiments with different textures.

Tippy Toe by Aych is another exceptional example of new Bass music for 2025 that can be found on Bassrush Records – The Prophecy Vol. 12 compilation. The track starts off low and slow, with a distinctive vocal sample layered over a rumbling bassline. The song quickly gains momentum, exploding into a potent combination of gritty sub-bass and simple but well-timed melodic flourishes.

As the track progresses, you quickly discover that it really is all about that bass, its deep and textured sound driving the song forward and keeping listeners hooked from one note to the next. Also prevalent are the song’s carefully curated bass drops, which bring a satisfying punch alongside the instantly catchy vocal samples that appear throughout. Elsewhere, Aych’s production style is responsible for a lot of the impact that Tippy Toe has, his overt understanding of space and dynamics in this genre allowing the bass to breathe while still delivering that intense power that fans of this style of music will absolutely love. Similarly, the rhythmic structure of the song expertly balances complexity with repeatability. Multilayered, syncopated patterns and tightly wound beats intertwine with those aforementioned heavy basslines, creating an infectious feeling of momentum that will undoubtedly have listeners coming back for more over and over again.

Whether or not you’re already familiar with Aych and his music, it’s difficult to deny that with Tippy Toe, he has created one of the best Dubstep tracks that you will hear from the Bassrush Records The Prophecy compilation series. Nodding to the roots and traditional features of Bass music whilst pushing the genre’s boundaries and showcasing the artist’s talents as a producer, Tippy Toe sounds both fresh and familiar, blending room-shaking basslines with simple but effective melodic flourishes that are bound to appeal to fans of the artist both old and new.
