The track in question is called Tensteps & Boges – Acid Imminent, and it comes courtesy of two of the freshest talents on the Electronic Dance music scene at the moment.
Tensteps is a New York-born, Las Vegas-based producer who has grabbed attention from all sorts of artists despite only having been on the scene for a few short years, releasing tracks like Deja Vu with Sarah Warren and a remix of Spencer Newell & Lokka Vox’s Bleeding. Boges, meanwhile, is a Philadelphia-based artist who is known for hypnotic sound and work with big-name labels including Hexagon, Clubwrk and Kurai. With credentials like these, it’s little surprise that Acid Imminent is one of the must-listen Techno music tracks of 2025 so far!
Combining fast-paced basslines, brutal, pounding rhythms and electrifying vocal samples, from the moment you press play on Tensteps & Boges – Acid Imminent you can tell it’s going to be an absolute powerhouse of a track from beginning to end. Listeners are greeted first with an irrepressible bassline, with rumbles on throughout the track and provides it with much of its propulsive energy. Next comes a room-shaking kick drum, which is pushed right to the front of the mix and as such is one of the most distinctive elements of the song.
