Turning heads this week on Crispy Crust Records is “Trouble” from Karol Tip. The acclaimed producer and DJ from Cologne has just produced this single with the help of Josie-Claire. Because of this collaboration, we have ourselves an electro-driven bass anthem.
“Trouble” is packed with driving melodies and pop-edged vocals. With Josie-Claire’s experience as front woman of the band Claire, she brings out a richness to the track, which is filled with bass weight from the German.

When it comes to club and bass music Karol Tip is one of Germany’s finest. The 22 year old producer made some serious steps right into the industry over the past two years. As a signed artist to Drunken Masters and Eskei83’s record label Crispy Crust Records (since summer 2016) he established is own unique style on a professional level.
If hip hop, rap, heavy bass hitters or four on the floor – Karol Tip knows well how to combine several styles to an energetic mix full of thrilling vibes. Groove and bounce are his most powerful weapons and run through is veins since ever.
As a 16 year old he gathered all his hometown DJ and producer friends to host their own showcases. The tribe WE ARE YZZY was born.
With support from Ekali, Baauer, RL Grime, Tchami, Noisia, Flosstradamus, Stanton Warrios, Alison Wonderland, UZ, Craze, All Trap Music and a lot more he just began to rise.
In 2017 he showed up for his first bus tour supporting Eskei83 and Drunken Masters all over Germany (Red Bull Tour Bus) and playing Bootshaus, splash! Festival, World Club Dome, Openair Frauenfeld, Sputnik Springbreak and Modular Festival.
