Björn Gögge is a Berlin-based musician, composer and producer. After he played in several bands, Björn started to focus on making music on his own and the production side of his work. Pursuing his enthusiasm for live-improvisation and electronic music, he began working in a different way.
While his first album Cracau (Tonzonen Records) was an approach of giving famous paintings soundtracks and to combine calm piano pieces with ambient textures, he decided to take it a step further and give his new works an electronic basis, where he uses the piano as a detail and not as a centerpiece anymore.
In April 2019 the Epos EP was released, which features music from multiple genres, covering mellow Ambient sounds, Downtempo beats, but also Electronica/Deep House tracks. The following single Encore was influenced by the artists that already mastered the combination of dance and ambience, but leans towards a clubbier sound. Björn never stops exploring music, in order to find different and exciting approaches to composing, producing and performing his live-set.
