Flim – Tomorrow No More (Feat. Jane Void of Some Minor Noise) is the first teaser from the amazing upcoming album “Flim – Positive Imagination” that will be available worldwide on June 5th 2017. I’ve had the chance to listen to the advance copy and I can tell you that the album is fresh and visionary, it is a sublime piece of work. The album is more than just Techno, it is a deep and progressive introspection, it is a journey into Flim’s mind, sometimes ethereal, sometimes raw, sometimes invigorating, this album will transport you some places electronic dance music has never taken you before.
Flim surrounded himself with some top members of the music industry, the mastering engineers on the album are Scan X, Patrixx and Chris Mccormack (from Blacklisted Mastering), engineers who also mixed and mastered music from artists like Laurent Garnier, Jamie Bissmire, Chris Cowie, Ulrich Schnauss and many more. The gorgeous artwork was designed by the one and only Jee Young Lee, a brilliant and very well known artist in the contemporary art world. All these elements make “Positive Imagination” an accomplished and enigmatic work of art.
While you might not be very familiar with the name Flim just yet, let me tell you that this album deserves to be up there with the music of the likes of Maceo Plex, Tale of Us and Stephan Bodzin.
