We’re now bringing you three of our favorite new Afro House tunes from the last few weeks, specifically You by FERROLD and Oezden, ALMALUNA by Mathieu Ruz and danny khas, and Reason by Mady Minton.
FERROLD, Oezden, danny khas & Mady Minton Bring the Afro House Heat
First up on our list is the rich and atmospheric Afro House track, You by FERROLD and Oezden. This is a track that leans into one of the genre’s defining strengths from its very first moments: a deep, hypnotic groove that feels simultaneously organic and immersive. Built around layered percussion, a steady rhythmic pulse, and sparkling piano chords, You unfolds gradually over its three and a half minute duration, allowing its textures to breathe and evolve over time.

The second track on our new Afro House drops list is ALMALUNA by danny khas and Mathieu Ruz. This track is much more dramatic than the FERROLD and Oezden release, leaning into a cinematic sound that feels expansive and emotionally charged from the beginning. Where You thrives on subtlety and restraint, ALMALUNA builds its identity through contrast, layering driving percussion with sweeping melodic elements and vocals that rise and fall in intensity.

Finally we have Reason, the new release from Mady Minton, an artist that some Afro House fans might already be familiar with on account of her previous single release Mady Minton – Oh My. Reason brings yet another musical perspective to the genre, leaning into a more emotive and vocal-led approach while still staying rooted in the rhythmic foundations that define Afro House. Pairing a steady, rolling percussion line with melodic flourishes and expressive vocals, this is a song that listeners will no doubt be able to connect with on both a physical and emotional level.
