Cristoph and Diana Miro are out with a new Melodic Techno music collaboration for 2025 on Interstellar Records titled Echoes. Christoph, the Newcastle upon Tyne-based DJ / producer, and Miro, the Amsterdam-based vocalist, had previously collaborated in 2023 on the track Darkest Hour along with Franky Wah. Echoes is a club-ready banger that demonstrates a cohesive songwriting bond between Cristoph and Miro.

Echoes is built upon a repeating sixteenth note bass sequence that acts as the lifeblood of the track, while enhanced by a deep kick drum and auxiliary percussion that provides ear candy galore. Diana Miro‘s vocals hold the track’s focus right from the get-go as a quick introduction displays the power behind the bass and drum groove while aiding the captivating focus. Next, Miros’ vocals continue to enthrall as the groove regresses with the loss of the kick drum and sets up a subtle but stunning riser, aided by tape-delayed fluttering synth swells that lead to the satisfying return of the deep kick.
Now in full motion, the vocals take a break as the groove is accompanied by top-notch sound design that fully displays the synth flutters that transitioned the preceding riser as they explore all areas of the stereo realm. Following the impressive sound design display, the vocals return just before the kick drops out once more to set up another longer developing riser in a more traditional drum form. At its peak, the kick returns alongside a powerful and euphoric synth blast and continued impressive sound design that propels the vocals and the track to a compelling conclusion.
