Face-melting Bass House. Best words to describe Snøwmass & MNYKR’s remix of Mercer’s “Opium”. Supported by the man himself (Mercer), it is pretty obvious to see why, the track is unpredictable, bold and bangin’. The drops are striking, the whole track, from beginning to end, has an intensity that will make people at EDM festivals go absolutely nuts.
Chicago born and raised producer Snøwmass is far from being new to the music industry. From interning with non other than Krewella, opening for Lil’ Wayne and Wiz Kalifah, having two #1 tracks on Hypem and DJing at America’s #1 nightclub (Beta in Colorado), it is fair to say that he is a talented and hard working artist.
The track has been polished so much and the result shows it. The EDM scene needs more skilled and perfectionist artists like Snøwmass & MNYKR, creating clean, dynamic and solid “heavy” electronic dance music.
Snøwmass’ music is already supported by Dash Berlin, MAKJ, Sam Feldt, Crankdat, Kayliox, Manufactured Superstars, Stafford Brothers, Elephante, No Sleep, Hyperbits, Steve James, Sokko & Lyons, Gazzo, Kap Slap, Halogen, Milk N Cooks, Electrode, FractaLL, Kav Verhouzer, & Niklas Ibach… I think it is fair to say that with masterful productions like this one, big things are coming for Snøwmass & MNYKR.
